As the revitalization of the Jersey Shore continues, I felt that I had to add to this impressive movement and introduce theatre education to an area that is somewhat lacking in this field. I have opened BEYOU-ti-ful Arts, a performance school, located at The Dynamic Center of Fine Arts that that will offer private and group lessons in theatre and voice, fostering confidence to BE the true YOU in a world that tries to diminish your light.
The program came into fruition after I wrote and directed a show that was performed at Stockton University, about how 9/11 affected me causing me to get PTSD and leave New York. My PTSD changed my world and how I viewed the world. It stole from me the joy that I used to find in the world and my music. I blamed my love for music and theatre to be the reason I saw all that devastation. My fear caused me to give up my dream.
Fear constantly paralyzes people without them even knowing it is. I want to change this. People deserve to honor their true being. We aren’t born with fear, life’s journey perpetuates fear within us. I want to help teach people the tools needed to follow a dream and be their best self. Everyone was meant to shine, I want to help give them a chance to. The only way I know how is to teach them what I do best, perform.
I have studied Musical Theatre at NYU & Stockton University. While performing, I have continued my education at a Seth Rigg’s Speech Level singing intensive in LA, the Stanisloski program in NYC, Walnut Street Acting classes, and private vocal lessons Badiene Magaziner. After performing in numerous shows, from touring productions, big named musicals to intimate black box theatres, to singing in rock bands to wedding bands, I have decided it is time to pass the baton to molding the next generation. Having directed multiple shows I have realized that teaching and directing is a deeply rooted passion of mine. My diverse background allows me to craft students to understand how to approach their talents, preparing them for performances and auditions.
Ms. Hayley has been performing since she was 3 years old. Her passion for the stage started with dance and yes carried her in a long career for 19 years. Having studied under Alvin Ailey and the BDC she found a passion for inspiring future generations.
Ms. Hayley is currently finishing her degree in dance and theatre while continuing to direct children shows such as Cinderella and the Wizard of Oz. She also is a coreographer for a competition dance team which most recently had a solo act that won at nationals. Ms. Hayley has been a major influence in the growth of BeYou Littles program. Her patience and creativity is the core of BeYou.
"My daughter has been with miss Danielle for a few months. Miss Danielle’s enthusiasm encourages my daughter to keep striving for more. Danielle is very encouraging and knows how to work on every detail that needs improving without discouraging the student. She is also very supportive. She tries to see her students performance whenever possible. Thank you miss Danielle for all you do for your students. "
"Miss Danielle gave Gianna her first big role in her acting career. Gianna lacked confidence in her auditions and on stage but her experience in the BeYou-Ti-Ful Arts production of Fame has brought her to life, given her the confidence to sing solo in front of an audience, and form meaningful friendships with kids who share a common interest. Gianna is excited to see what the future holds for her theatre career! "
"Danielle Has been one of my most favorite directors to work with. She believed in me when I was too scared to believe in myself. She saw the talent within and has continually helped me foster it into a career. "
"I’ve been with Danielle for the past six months And my vocal skills and Range have improved tremendously. Danielle has been a very important part in my growth as a singer. Her approach and attention to detail is tailored to each student’s needs. She goes above and beyond to help you reach your full potential and encouraging to be your best. Highly recommended!"
"My daughter has been with Miss Danielle for over a year, taking voice lessons and in musical theatre camps and shows such as Annie, Wizard of Oz Christmas and Cinderella. She can not wait to do more. She has grown so much in singing and performing. Danielle goes above and beyond for her students, encouraging them and teaching them to have confidence in themselves so they can shine on stage. Our experience has been amazing and from the words of my daughter she believes in me, teaches me and makes me believe in myself!! We can not say enough about her and we can not wait to spend many more years together. Thank you!! "
